Job Title : Business Development Executive Location : Taliparamba - Kannur, On-site Job Type : Full-time Experience : 0-2 Years Key Responsibilities: Research and identify potential leads and target companies through online platforms, databases, and other sources. Stay informed about industry trends and competitors to identify business opportunities. Initiate contact with potential leads via email, meetings, and other communication channels. Effectively convey our company's value proposition to generate interest. Maintain accurate and detailed records of leads in our CRM system. Schedule meetings, product demonstrations, or consultations with qualified leads for our Business team. Ensure a seamless handover of leads to the Business team with all relevant information. Develop and maintain relationships with leads who may not be ready to make immediate decisions. Provide relevant information and content to nurture leads through the buying cycle. Generate regular reports on lead generation activities and conversion rates. Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement in lead generation strategies. Qualifications: BBA, MBA in business, marketing, or a related field. 1+ Years of Experience in IT industry is mandatory. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Eagerness to learn and adapt. Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools is a plus.
