Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development professional at ASCELA's office located in Gurugram. The Business Development professional will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, conducting market research, preparing proposals, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver client solutions. The role involves regular interaction with clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring that ASCELA's services meet those needs.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills and Communication skills
• Experience in Sales
• Background in Software Development and Programming is a plus
• Excellent relationship-building and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• Experience in the consulting industry is an advantage
