Building Site Contractor

Role Overview: You will be responsible for Contract Administration, which includes overseeing tenders, negotiations, and closure for projects ranging from 40-60L. Additionally, you will be required to prepare MIS reports on contract value, savings, and claims. Your role will also involve Vendor Management to ensure strict SLA performance and cost efficiency. In the aspect of IW Governance, you will need to check labour clauses in contracts to ensure fair wages and legal compliance. Regarding Risk & Disputes, you will be handling claims/variations and resolving disputes within agreed timelines. Furthermore, in Compliance & Safety, you will need to align all contracts with the Indian Contract Act, National Building Code, and client EHS standards. Qualification Required: - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field - Prior experience in Contract Administration and Vendor Management - Strong understanding of compliance requirements related to contracts and safety standards - Excellent negotiation and communication skills Additional Details: The company provides health insurance as a benefit for this Full-time position.
