Position: BSc & GNM Nurses Location: Saudi Arabia Role Responsibilities Provide high-quality patient care in accordance with healthcare standards. Conduct thorough patient assessments and document pertinent information. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed. Monitor vital signs and report any significant changes to the medical team. Assist in wound care and dressings. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop patient care plans. Educate patients and families on health management and disease prevention. Maintain accurate patient records and documentation per regulatory requirements. Participate in patient discharge planning and post-discharge follow-up. Provide emotional support to patients and their families. Ensure compliance with hygiene and safety standards in the clinical setting. Assist in training and mentoring junior nursing staff. Participate in quality improvement initiatives and training programs. Manage supplies and equipment necessary for nursing care. Carry out relevant research and stay updated on best practices in nursing. Qualifications Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSc) or General Nursing and Midwifery (GNM) degree. Active nursing license recognized in India. Dataflow and Prometric Required. Minimum of 2 years of clinical nursing experience. Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills. Knowledge of current evidence-based nursing practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. Proficiency in document management and electronic health records. Basic life support (BLS) certification. Strong organizational and time management skills. Willingness to learn and adapt to new environments. Physical stamina to handle extended hours and demanding work environments. Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is advantageous.
