We're seeking experienced professionals to lead our insurance operations across various strategic locations. As a Customer Service Executive, you'll drive business growth, lead high-performing teams, and deliver results.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Branch Activation: Ensure operational readiness and business contribution.

2. Lead Generation: Plan and execute local marketing initiatives.

3. Quote Creation & Conversion: Generate accurate quotes and drive conversions.

4. Sales Growth: Develop and implement regional sales strategies.

5. Claims Handling: Coordinate end-to-end claims management.

6. Team Collaboration: Align business goals and deliver consistent performance.

Eligibility:

- 3+ years of experience in insurance sales and operations

- Strong understanding of retail and group insurance products

- Proven leadership and regional handling experience

- Certified Broker qualified person

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills

Job Details:

- Job Type: Full-Time

- Joining: Immediate or within 30 days preferred
