Numerical Proficiency: Strong comfort with calculations Ability to explain complex financial scenarios in a simple way Language Requirements: English: Fluent (C1 level minimum) Clear written and verbal communication: ability to explain trading processes Specific Industry Background (Preferred)Ideal Candidates Will Have Worked For: European retail brokers or online trading platforms Banks with securities/crypto brokerage services Crypto exchanges or market makers BPO/Shared service centers supporting financial institutions Key Responsibilities PreviewThe selected candidates will handle: Responding to customer queries on order execution, product availability, and market events Investigating failed or delayed executions and providing transparent explanations Supporting customers with questions related to trading, spreads, and settlement Screening CriteriaMust-Have Filters: Minimum 1 year in financial services customer support Hands-on experience with securities/crypto transactions Strong numerical and analytical skills Case study: Explain order types and the reasons why a limit or stop order are not executed Pass the brokerage hiring test Red Flags (Automatic Disqualification): No experience with capital markets instruments
