Broadband Technician

You will be joining Jai Veera Communications, an information technology and services company located in Chilakaluripet, Andhra Pradesh, India. As a full-time Broadband Technician, your role will require you to be on-site in Chilakaluripet. Your responsibilities will include the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of cable and broadband connections. Your daily tasks will involve setting up cable television and internet services, conducting repairs and upkeep on cables, as well as offering customer support to address any connectivity issues that may arise. To excel in this role, you should possess skills in cable television and cables, broadband and troubleshooting, as well as customer service. Additionally, you should have a strong foundation in technical knowledge and problem-solving abilities. The role demands the capability to work independently, effectively manage your time, and ideally, have prior experience in the telecommunications industry. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with a technical certification being considered a bonus.,
