Broadband Technician

As a Broadband Technician, your role involves installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting broadband services such as fiber, DSL, and cable. You will be responsible for ensuring that customers have reliable internet connections, performing equipment setup, diagnosing issues, and providing excellent support. Key Responsibilities: - Install and configure broadband services including routers and modems. - Troubleshoot connectivity issues and conduct regular maintenance. - Optimize network performance to guarantee customer satisfaction. - Maintain detailed service records and promptly report any technical issues. Qualifications: - Education: Polytechnic, ITI, or Diploma in Electronics, Telecommunications, or a related field. - Skills: Proficiency in broadband technologies, networking protocols, and equipment setup. - Experience: Previous experience in broadband installation or technical roles is preferred. - Certifications (Preferred): CompTIA Network+ and Fiber Optic certifications.
