FTTH Network Designer

We are looking for an experienced and highly skilled FTTH (Fiber to the Home) Network Designer & Manager (Male) to oversee the design, development, and implementation of FTTH projects. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of network infrastructure, especially in the fiber optics domain.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and manage FTTH network deployments and infrastructure.
• Analyze customer requirements and propose tailored network designs.
• Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and vendors to ensure the successful implementation of FTTH projects.
• Monitor and manage network performance, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
• Lead and supervise a team of technicians and junior designers.
• Troubleshoot network issues and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Prepare detailed technical reports and project documentation.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.

Requirements:

• Male candidates only.
• A Polytechnic degree or equivalent qualification in Telecommunications/Network Engineering or related field.
• Extensive experience in FTTH network design and management.
• Strong knowledge of fiber optic technologies, network architecture, and design.
• Proficiency in network design software and tools.
• Excellent project management and team leadership skills.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
