Job Title: Broadband Installation & Sales Executive

Reports to: Sales/Operations Manager

Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and skilled Broadband Installation & Sales Executive to manage both the sales and basic installation coordination of broadband services. The role involves promoting broadband connections to customers and ensuring a smooth installation experience through coordination or on-site support.

Key Responsibilities: Sales Duties:

• Identify and reach out to potential residential and commercial customers
• Promote and explain broadband internet plans and packages
• Generate leads through door-to-door visits, field campaigns, or referrals
• Achieve sales targets and report daily/weekly progress
• Handle customer queries and recommend suitable plans

Installation Duties:

• Schedule and coordinate installation appointments with technical teams
• Assist technicians on-site with customer interaction and equipment setup (if required)
• Ensure all customer documentation and address verification is completed before installation
• Provide demo and usage instructions to customers after setup
• Follow up to ensure customer satisfaction and proper service activation

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Education: Minimum 10th pass / 10+2 / Graduate preferred
• Experience: 1–2 years in broadband/ISP sales, installation, or field service (Freshers with technical interest can apply)
• Language: Proficiency in local language; English/Hindi is a plus
• Travel: Must be willing to travel locally
• Others: Two-wheeler and smartphone required

Skills Required:

• Good communication and convincing skills
• Basic technical understanding of broadband/routers/modems
• Customer service orientation
• Ability to handle minor on-site installation issues (optional based on company policy)
• Strong time and task management

Compensation:

• Fixed salary + performance-based incentives

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
