We're Hiring: Brewer (4–6 Years Experience) 🍺Proost Beer (Grano69 Beverages)

Are you passionate about the art and science of brewing? Have hands-on experience in crafting high-quality beer and leading a brewing team?

We’re looking for a skilled and driven Brewer with 4 to 6 years of experience to join our team and take charge of the entire brewing process — from ingredient selection to packaging, quality control, and vendor management.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities:

* Lead the brewing process end-to-end with precision and consistency

* Maintain brewing equipment and ensure compliance with regulations

* Conduct quality tastings and develop SOPs

* Collaborate with vendors and manage inventory & wholesale operations

* Work with finance on brewing budgets

🎓 What We’re Looking For:

* Degree in Brewing, Food Science, Fermentation, or a related field

* 4–6 years of proven experience in a brewing leadership role

* Strong understanding of brewing equipment, ingredients, and processes

* Excellent leadership, communication & decision-making skills
