Job Description

We're Hiring: Brewer (4–6 Years Experience)


Are you passionate about the art and science of brewing? Have hands-on experience in crafting high-quality beer and leading a brewing team?

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the brewing process end-to-end with precision and consistency
  • Maintain brewing equipment and ensure compliance with regulations
  • Conduct quality tastings and develop SOPs
  • Collaborate with vendors and manage inventory & wholesale operations
  • Work with finance on brewing budgets


What We’re Looking For:

  • Degree in Brewing, Food Science, Fermentation, or a related field
  • 4–6 years of proven experience in a brewing leadership role
  • Strong understanding of brewing equipment, ingredients, and processes
  • Excellent leadership, communication & decision-making skills
