As a Creative Designer at Gray Matrix, you will be involved in crafting brand visuals, UI/UX journeys, and content that goes beyond just aesthetics. Your work will focus on building clarity, meaning, and magic pixel by pixel, frame by frame. You will have the opportunity to shape how people perceive and experience products, whether it's a carousel, a dashboard, or a cinematic UI intro. **Key Responsibilities:** - Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in UI/UX, graphic design, brand storytelling, or motion/video - Design experience for various platforms including web, mobile, and product interfaces - Ability to create designs from scratch, starting from user journeys and wireframes to final high-fidelity screens - Proficiency in tools like Figma, Adobe Suite, After Effects, Canva, and Protopie/Lottie - Knowledge of design systems, micro-interactions, typography, and responsive layouts **Qualifications Required:** - Experience in designing for SaaS, AI, or B2B products is a plus - Skills in storyboarding or video editing are advantageous - Exposure to collaborating closely with developers, product managers, and brand teams - Strong understanding of current design trends and the ability to innovate beyond them Gray Matrix values creativity and problem-solving abilities over rigid years of experience.
