Role Overview

We are looking for a Brand Manager – Solutions who can spearhead brand partnerships and integrated solutions across digital, print, and on-ground IPs. This role demands a strategic thinker who thrives in building brand narratives, cracking campaign ideas, and working closely with creative, editorial, and sales teams.

Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, gaining a deep understanding of their objectives and brand vision.
Collaborate with clients to develop customized brand and media solutions that align with their needs and our editorial standards.
Serve as the primary liaison between clients and our editorial, creative, and production teams to ensure seamless project execution.
Develop and deliver persuasive proposals and presentations that effectively communicate our capabilities, offerings, and value proposition.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive media sales and strategic pitches to both existing and prospective clients.
Interpret client briefs and provide innovative, tailored media solutions that drive results.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to refine and enhance our offerings.
Demonstrate strong presentation skills and a comprehensive understanding of the media landscape.

Key Requirements

2-3 years of experience in brand solutions, branded content, client solutions, Media sales & creative strategy roles (preferably in a media or digital agency setup).

Strong understanding of integrated marketing solutions across digital, print, and video.

Excellent communication, storytelling, and pitch-making skills.

Ability to think creatively while remaining commercially focused.

A flair for working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
