Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Brand Sales Associate located in Gurugram. The Brand Sales Associate will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with new and existing brand partners, driving sales, and managing campaigns. Duties include identifying brand needs, creating proposals, negotiating contracts, and ensuring successful delivery of brand campaigns. The associate will work closely with the marketing and creative teams to align sales strategies with brand goals.

Qualifications

• Sales and negotiation skills, with experience in driving revenue and meeting sales targets
• Strong relationship-building and account management skills
• Understanding of digital marketing, campaign management, and social media platforms
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
• Experience in the influencer marketing industry is a plus
