Brand & Retail Marketing Executive

Role Overview: As a Retail Marketing Manager, you will play a crucial role in leading and executing marketing strategies to drive footfall, enhance brand visibility, and increase sales across jewellery retail outlets. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement retail marketing plans aligned with brand objectives and seasonal campaigns. - Drive in-store promotions, events, and activations to enhance customer engagement. - Collaborate with visual merchandising teams to ensure brand consistency across all retail touchpoints. - Oversee store branding, signage, and display aesthetics. - Plan and execute local and national campaigns including print, digital, radio, and influencer collaborations. - Monitor campaign performance and optimize based on ROI metrics. - Coordinate with mall management and retail partners for joint marketing initiatives. - Organize jewellery exhibitions, trunk shows, and festive events. - Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform strategy. - Conduct periodic store audits and customer surveys. - Manage marketing budgets for retail activities. - Prepare monthly reports on campaign performance, footfall, and sales impact. Qualifications & Skills: - Bachelors/Masters degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. - 1-3 years of experience in retail marketing, preferably in luxury or jewellery. - Strong understanding of consumer behavior and retail dynamics. - Excellent communication, project management, and analytical skills. - Creative mindset with attention to detail.,
