Role Overview: - Engage with customers in the showroom and online to understand their preferences and provide expert advice on suitable jewelry selections. - Explain product features, craftsmanship, and pricing while staying updated on the latest jewelry styles and trends. - Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently to ensure a seamless customer experience. - Maintain a deep knowledge of the jewelry collection, including materials, design, and value. - Play a key role in keeping the showroom well-presented with attractive and organized displays. - Work towards achieving individual and team sales targets, identifying sales opportunities, and closing deals effectively. - Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and build relationships with clients to encourage repeat business. - Conduct stock checks, assist with inventory control, and maintain accurate records of stock levels. - Follow up with customers post-purchase to ensure their satisfaction and provide excellent customer service. Qualification Required: - Passion for jewelry, customer engagement, and sales. - Previous experience in retail sales or customer service would be an advantage. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work in person at the designated location on a full-time basis.,
