Job Description

Biological E Limited is hiring for Brand/ Product Management (India Vaccine Business Marketing)

Location: Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad (On-site, with Travel)

Department: Marketing

Reporting to: Marketing Head Vaccines

Experience: 35 years in pharmaceutical/healthcare marketing (preferably with vaccine/paediatric/hospital business exposure)

Qualification: B. Pharm with MBA in Marketing or equivalent

Key Responsibilities:

1. Brand Strategy & Planning for Corporate Hospital business

Analyse market trends, competition, and customer insights like potential mapping, purchase mechanism, key influencers to shape account wise strategy for leading corporate accounts

Drive outreach to key stakeholders, customized tactical plans, marketing collaborations for target accounts

Develop annual corporate budgets and execute marketing plans for all vaccine brands

2. Campaign Development & Execution

Conceptualize and launch impactful campaigns across digital and conventional channels targeting Sales Force, HCPs, Distributors and General Public in corporate set-ups

Ensure timely creation and dissemination of promotional inputs and training of the team on content

Work closely with the medical, training, digital and SFE teams to ensure execution and monitoring

3. Field Force Engagement

Design and deliver brand inputs with guidance from respective brand managers and training for corporate sales teams

Partner with field managers to drive execution

Regularly assess effectiveness of campaigns via feedback and field insights gathered through field work with sales team

4. Portfolio Performance Monitoring

Track brand KPIs including sales, market share, and ROI on marketing spends

Monitor regional performance and identify areas for targeted interventions

5. Stakeholder Collaboration

Coordinate with Supply Chain, Medical Affairs, Sales, Training, Commercial, SFE and Digital Teams

Support engagement programs with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and healthcare professionals (HCPs) and develop own KOL connections

Contribute to team tasks, business/customer meetings, reviews and strategic decision-making and learning forums

Skills & Competencies

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Creative thinker with a customer-centric mindset

Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms

Prior experience in corporate accounts, vaccines or specialty product marketing is a strong plus
