Job Description

What You ll Do

Brand Outreach Partnerships

Pitch Kuku TV and its content offerings to brands for integrations and partnerships.
Proactively reach out to potential collaborators via calls, emails, and follow-ups.
Build and maintain strong relationships with brands, agencies, and D2C partners.

Work closely with internal content teams to identify integration opportunities within microdramas and match brand objectives with relevant content formats and storylines.

Lead pricing discussions, negotiate deals, and close partnerships.
Track ongoing partnerships and ensure deliverables are met.
Create client-facing pitch decks and proposals independently.

What We re Looking For

3 to 5 years of experience in brand partnerships, brand sales, or agency-side roles.
Prior experience working with or pitching to D2C brands (existing client relationships are a strong plus).
Comfortable with outbound calling, follow-ups, and relationship management.
Strong negotiation skills with experience handling pricing and contracts.
Ability to create polished, client-ready decks and presentations.
Highly proactive, organized, and execution-oriented.
Open to learning, experimenting, and growing with a fast-scaling company.
