Brand Partnership ( B2B ) - Senior Manager

As a highly motivated and result-driven Brand Partnership Manager, your primary focus will be on creating strategic partnerships with leading FMCG brands to enhance brand visibility and drive new customer acquisition through innovative co-branded campaigns. Your responsibilities will include identifying and onboarding key FMCG brands for strategic partnerships, leading the entire partnership lifecycle from ideation to performance tracking, collaborating with internal teams for seamless execution, analyzing performance metrics to optimize campaigns, and maintaining strong relationships with partner brand stakeholders for long-term collaboration and account growth. To excel in this role, you should have 5-6 years of experience in brand partnerships or strategic alliances, preferably in FMCG, FinTech, or consumer marketing. A strong understanding of co-branded campaigns and offline-to-online marketing integrations is essential, along with excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. You should possess the ability to think strategically while managing execution on the ground, be a self-starter with a high degree of ownership, and have an entrepreneurial mindset.
