Brand Partnership Alliances Trainer
Role Overview
The Brand Partnership Alliances Trainer at NoBroker equips Brand Managers with essential sales skills for client acquisition, campaign execution, and revenue growth in a PropTech environment. This role emphasizes AI-driven skill analysis, innovative training solutions, field immersion, and regular onboarding for new joiners, requiring a sales background and 2-3 years of training experience.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive skill gap analyses using AI tools to evaluate Brand Managers performance in client outreach, campaign planning, and revenue tracking by reviewing sales calls, metrics, and feedback
Design and deliver customized onboarding programs for new joiners, including modules on NoBroker's Brands Team model, sales funnels, mock pitches, and relationship-building simulations
Facilitate regular workshops and advanced training sessions on brand research, market trend analysis, objection handling, and client retention strategies
Provide one-on-one coaching and group feedback sessions, tracking individual progress through pre/post-training assessments and sales performance metrics
Innovate training methods by developing AI-driven tools, such as personalized learning paths, gamified apps for pitch practice, chatbots for scenario simulations, and VR modules for client interactions
Go on customer visits and field shadowing trips with sales teams to observe ground realities, including client negotiations, campaign execution challenges, and market dynamics, then integrate insights into training content
Collaborate with sales leadership and marketing teams to align training with business goals, revenue targets, and upcoming campaigns
Develop and update training materials, including videos, case studies on successful brand partnerships, data dashboards for performance analysis, and interactive quizzes
Measure training impact using KPIs like sales uplift, client acquisition rates, retention improvements, and ROI reports, presenting findings to stakeholders
Foster a high-performance culture by promoting innovation, agility, and continuous learning in NoBroker's fast-paced environment
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; 2-3 years corporate training experience in sales
Excellent communication skills in english (hindi also preferable)
3+ years hands-on sales experience in brand partnerships, advertising, or PropTech
Proficiency in AI tools for analysis and learning design
Preferred Skills
Excellent English communication, data analytics, and adult learning certifications
Experience with CRM systems, market research, and field coaching
