• Develop a strategic marketing plan for the assigned category / concept / brands to deliver business objectives
• Develop, plan and execute compelling consumer engagement programs through branding and communication strategy for Category / Brands in the portfolio
• Ensure season / collection / product relevant communication at stores by highlighting in-season merchandise through visuals and developing product-based communication as required
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to evaluate effectiveness of marketing strategy and define ways to enhance the same
• Develop and implement an effective, optimized media mix, to leverage the potential of all available mediums in achieving business objectives
• Evaluate media performance for the respective brands and competition
• Build and manage the team to maximize performance
• Constantly monitor advertising and marketing expenses, align spends to budgets, generate savings through innovation, partnerships, negotiations, spend consolidation.
