Brand & Marketing Designer

What You’ll Do

• Design brand-led static and motion creatives for Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, and other digital channels
• Collaborate with performance marketers, brand strategists, and copywriters to deliver high-impact visuals
• Ensure all creatives are aligned with brand identity while still optimized for ad performance
• Use AI tools (Midjourney, Runway, Figma plugins, etc.) to enhance and accelerate workflows
• Stay on top of visual trends across DTC, SaaS, and tech brands
  

What We’re Looking For

• 3–7 years of experience in graphic/visual design, preferably for performance marketing, digital advertising, or brand campaigns
• Proficiency in Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator (bonus: After Effects, Premiere Pro)
• Strong eye for layout, typography, color, and brand storytelling
• Understanding of brand consistency across multiple formats and platforms
• Curiosity about AI tools and willingness to experiment
• Bonus: experience with Meta Ads creatives or UGC-style videos
