Brand & Marketing - Aftermarket Products Division

Role & responsibilities

• Act as the custodian of the companys brand image in the aftermarket segment, ensuring a strong and positive market presence.
  
• Identify, design, and implement campaigns and promotional activities to sustain and improve brand appeal.
  
• Develop, execute, and evaluate promotional campaigns for the existing product line, with clear metrics for continuous improvement.
  
• Drive strong brand presence across digital and social media platforms (WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.), ensuring active participation from all stakeholders.
  
• Plan, organize, and manage impactful participation in trade shows, auto exhibitions, and industry association programs, including stall booking, presentation setup, and promotional material coordination.
  
• Develop effective marketing communications, including promotional schemes, product catalogues, price lists, and sales-support collateral.
  
• Coordinate with vendors/agencies to conceptualize and execute short promotional videos, product information content, and digital assets.
  
• Conduct regular visits to retail automobile markets to analyze contemporary marketing practices and adopt best-in-class initiatives.
  
• Plan, monitor, and control the marketing budget to ensure efficient execution of campaigns within allocated costs.
  
• Lead and roll out digital marketing initiatives to strengthen customer engagement and drive sales.

Preferred candidate profile

• MBA/PGDM in Marketing (preferred) or Bachelors degree in Business/Engineering with relevant experience.
  
• 510years of experience in marketing, brand management, or communication roles, preferably in the automotive/aftermarket industry.
