About the Role

Brand Manager

As Brand Manager, you will be responsible for shaping the brand's identity, leading campaigns across channels, and building the innovation pipeline to strengthen Veebas position in the market. This role demands a mix of strategic thinking, strong business acumen, and flawless execution.

Key Responsibilities

Brand Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and execute annual brand strategies and integrated marketing plans.
  • Leverage consumer insights, category trends, and competitive intelligence to shape brand decisions.
  • Define positioning, pricing, and portfolio strategies to deliver growth.

Marketing Campaigns & Activations

  • Lead ATL, BTL, and digital campaigns from ideation to execution.
  • Drive partnerships with agencies for creative development, media strategy, and performance evaluation.
  • Build impactful consumer engagement and trade activation programs.

Product Development & Innovation

  • Lead new product development and launches, including concepting, packaging, communication, and GTM.
  • Collaborate with R&D and supply chain to ensure readiness and market fit.
  • Identify whitespace opportunities and build a pipeline of innovation.

Cross-functional Leadership

  • Partner closely with Sales, R&D, Supply Chain, Finance, and Digital to drive end-to-end execution.
  • Ensure governance, compliance, and adherence to marketing and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications & Skills

  • 5 to 8 years of experience

    in brand management, FMCG, or consumer goods.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading campaigns and product launches.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking, with a consumer-first mindset.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; comfort with digital and analytics tools is an advantage.
