Brand Manager - Therapeutics

You will be responsible for preparing and executing brand building strategies in order to achieve given top line and bottom line targets through the development of the requisite marketing mix. Additionally, you will be expected to conduct market research and analysis. Your main roles and responsibilities will include ensuring the achievement of top line and bottom-line targets by providing marketing planning, support, and execution. You will also be responsible for ensuring the optimal utilization of resources from market research agencies, advertising agencies, and media agencies. Identifying research needs, evaluating market research proposals, and implementing necessary actions based on research findings will also be part of your responsibilities. You will be required to develop brand strategies by formulating long-term and short-term objectives and preparing incremental plans for marketing and brand building, which you will then execute. Ensuring the development and implementation of marketing mix elements in alignment with business/marketing plans will be crucial. These elements will include communication strategy (including advertising), promotional plans (consumer promo, trade promo, merchandising, and other visibility initiatives), media planning, packaging, pricing decisions, and product development. The ideal candidate for this position should have a minimum of 4-8 years of experience in the pharma industry, preferably with dermatology experience.
