Think Coupon Bazaar meets Gaming.We’re looking for someone who can:✅ Onboard advertisers and agencies✅ Pitch and run paid campaigns (CPC/CPA/CPM)✅ Optimize CTR, conversion, and ROI✅ Bring in direct and programmatic brand deals✅ Work closely with product & content teams for native ad integrationsIdeal background: • You’ve worked with platforms like Inshorts, WinZO, CashKaro, PocketFM, etc. • 3–6 years in digital ad sales or brand partnerships • You understand what makes ads click (literally) • You’ve brought in big brands or built a media agency network • You’re numbers-first, scrappy, and driven by impactBonus if you’ve: • Handled programmatic platforms (Taboola, Google AdX, etc.) • Worked in early-stage startups or stealth projects • Closed 6-figure+ monthly campaigns⸻💼 Why join us?You’ll be one of the first hires in our revenue team.
