Brand Manager - Marketing & Sales

Roles & Responsibilities : 1. Create and vet original and authentic content across the company's communications like newsletters, website content, and WhatsApp communications. 2. Work closely with the content team to come up with new engaging ideas & campaigns; develop collection stories and campaign ideas for new collections. 3. Organize and execute quarterly product shoot to keep content fresh and ever evolving 4. Maintain online stock on Shopify, working with the software to replace banners & upload new products. 5. Maintain relationships and manage orders on online marketplaces 6. Sell products by establishing contact and developing relationships with existing and new customers both domestically and internationally. 7. Create invoices and manage closing of sales at the end of every month 8. Lead exhibitions and pop ups as a point of sale; this involves shortlisting places to be at once a month, and executing set up, sales, invoicing and servicing. 9. Liase with the back end team to service and dispatch orders in a timely manner. 10. Manage customer relations, conversations and social media queries 11. Provide insights on related to product development, the nature and scope of present and future product lines by reviewing product specifications and requirements; appraising new product ideas Qualifications : - Proficient with the use of MS Office - Proficient with Canva or Photoshop - Excellent communication skills - A Bachelors degree in fashion or management Core Competencies : - A Team Player with a pro-active and a "go-getter" attitude. - Critical thinker who comes up with pragmatic solutions with respect to the task at hand. - Demonstrable leadership skills in a professional environment with a passion for sustainability - An eye for detail - A hardworking attitude
