As a passionate and strategic Brand Manager, your role will be pivotal in shaping the brand narrative, driving consumer engagement, and delivering high-impact campaigns across multiple channels. Your deep expertise in brand management, advertising, and media planningespecially within the retail, luxury, or jewellery sectors will be valuable in this role. **Key Responsibilities:** - **Brand Strategy & Development** - Define and execute brand positioning, messaging, and identity across all touchpoints. - Ensure brand consistency across internal and external communications. - Monitor brand health metrics and implement strategies to enhance brand equity. - **Advertising & Media Planning** - Plan and manage ATL campaigns including TV, print, radio, and outdoor media. - Lead BTL initiatives such as in-store promotions, events, and sponsorships. - Collaborate with media agencies to optimize media mix and maximize ROI. - Oversee media planning and buying to ensure cost-effective and impactful placements. - **Creative & Digital Campaigns** - Supervise creative development for digital, social media, influencer, and traditional advertising. - Provide creative direction and feedback to internal teams and external agencies. - Maintain high standards of visual and verbal brand aesthetics. - Drive innovation in content creation and storytelling. - **Market Intelligence & Insights** - Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities to inform strategy. - Leverage consumer insights to develop targeted campaigns and product positioning. - Conduct post-campaign analysis to measure effectiveness and refine future initiatives. - **Project & Team Management** - Lead cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget. - Manage external partners including creative agencies, media planners, and production houses. - Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the marketing team. **Qualifications & Skills:** - MBA/PG in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field. - 6-10 years of experience in brand management or advertising, preferably in retail, luxury, or jewellery sectors. - Strong knowledge of ATL & BTL advertising, digital marketing, and media planning. - Excellent creative judgment with a sharp eye for detail and aesthetics. - Strong project management, leadership, and communication skills. - Ability to analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities.
