As a Brand Manager & Business Development Manager at Kapda Dori, a high-end fashion brand specializing in bespoke wedding dresses and accessories, your role will involve driving brand growth through acquiring new buyers and multi-brand store partnerships. You will also be responsible for managing existing client relationships, coordinating orders with internal teams, and ensuring smooth execution and growth of the brand. Key Responsibilities: - Generate new buyer leads, distributors, and multi-brand store partnerships in both Indian and international markets. - Build and maintain long-term relationships with buyers and retail partners. - Develop and implement strategies to increase order value, repeat business, and market presence. - Independently handle personal clients and key accounts. - Create and manage online catalogues for new collections, including lookbooks, line sheets, and pricing. - Coordinate product launches, collection presentations, and buyer previews. - Ensure accurate product information, pricing, and availability across all catalogues and platforms. - Coordinate order confirmations and delivery schedules with production and operations teams. - Track order progress to ensure on-time dispatch and delivery. - Act as a liaison between buyers and internal teams for effective communication and execution. - Understand buyer requirements and market trends to recommend suitable collections. - Assist in pricing, margin strategies, and seasonal sales planning. - Address client queries, feedback, and provide post-sales support. Required Skills & Qualifications: - 25 years of experience in fashion brand management, business development, sales, or merchandising. - Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills. - Understanding of Indianwear, wholesale, and multi-brand store business. - Ability to manage multiple clients, deadlines, and coordinate with production teams. - Organized, proactive, and results-driven mindset. Good to Have: - Experience in social media management, including Instagram, content coordination, and campaigns. - Knowledge of Shopify catalog management and online selling platforms. - Experience in preparing digital lookbooks, line sheets, and presentations. - Exposure to exhibitions, trade shows, and buyer meetings.
