1. Co-ordinating Internal department/team to place the indents as per Marketing team requirements
2. Follow-ups with Vendors/Suppliers to maintaining the material and executing the works in-time (printing jobs of leaflets/posters/banners/signages)
3. Handling of Promotional/Marketing material dispatch and tracking
4. Monitoring the vendor's works while executions and keeping the reports
5. Co-ordinating with end-users( sales team) and service providers/vendors to ensure flawless execution of activities ( DRP branding execution, Signage execution, event participations)
6. Regular follow-ups with location accounts and store team to booking of expenses timely (tracking of ATL&BTL budgets)
1. Verbal and oral fluency with Hindi, English and local languages
2. Logical and creative Thinking
3. Timely Execution & Tracking of Branding activities
4. Ability to handle Freezers Accounting
5. Sounds in MS office (specially with PPT and Excel)
6. Knowledge on Photoshoppe, Canva and other designing software
