Brand Director

Role: Director – Brand Marketing

Location: Noida

CTC: Up to ₹50 LPA

We’re looking for a senior brand leader who owns brand meaning, not just marketing output.

This role is for someone who has built and protected a master brand—shaping its narrative, voice, and long-term equity—while scaling it nationally without cultural dilution.

What You’ll Own :

• Brand positioning, narrative, and long-term brand truth
• Master brand architecture across markets and IPs
• Earned media, social brand voice, and PR narratives
• Final authority on how the brand shows up—what it amplifies and avoids

What We’re Looking For :

• 8–12 years in Brand Marketing / Brand Strategy / Brand Leadership
• Experience scaling a meaningful consumer brand (media/entertainment preferred)
• Prior ownership of brand platforms (not just campaigns)
• Hands-on with earned media, PR, and social brand voice
• Fluent Hindi is mandatory
• Exposure to regional cultural contexts is a strong plus
• OTT experience is an advantage

• Performance-only or viral-first thinkers
