Role: Director – Brand Marketing Location: Noida CTC: Up to ₹50 LPA We’re looking for a senior brand leader who owns brand meaning, not just marketing output. This role is for someone who has built and protected a master brand—shaping its narrative, voice, and long-term equity—while scaling it nationally without cultural dilution. What You’ll Own : Brand positioning, narrative, and long-term brand truth Master brand architecture across markets and IPs Earned media, social brand voice, and PR narratives Final authority on how the brand shows up—what it amplifies and avoids What We’re Looking For : 8–12 years in Brand Marketing / Brand Strategy / Brand Leadership Experience scaling a meaningful consumer brand (media/entertainment preferred) Prior ownership of brand platforms (not just campaigns) Hands-on with earned media, PR, and social brand voice Fluent Hindi is mandatory Exposure to regional cultural contexts is a strong plus OTT experience is an advantage This Role Is NOT For: Execution-only marketers Social/calendar-led brand profiles Performance-only or viral-first thinkers
