Brand designer Trainer

Techoftheday Academy is a learning-driven platform dedicated to closing the gap between industry demands and student capabilities. We provide hands-on, career-oriented training in design, marketing, and technology. We are currently seeking a passionate Brand Designing Trainer to mentor students in the creative and strategic aspects of brand identity development.

Position Overview

As a Brand Designing Trainer, you will play a vital role in shaping creative talent by teaching both foundational and advanced concepts of branding. This position requires expertise in brand strategy, visual identity design, and proficiency with industry-standard tools, aligning with Techoftheday’s mission of integrating creativity with technology. Your goal will be to help students learn not just the art of design, but also the strategy behind building strong brand identities that communicate purpose and value.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging sessions on brand design fundamentals, including brand strategy, logo design, typography, color theory, brand guidelines, and visual storytelling.
• Teach essential tools and software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and Figma.
• Simplify real-world branding processes and guide students through case studies and live projects.
• Support students in developing personal brand identity projects and creating portfolio-ready work.
• Offer individualized mentorship and constructive feedback to foster creative growth.
• Collaborate with the academic team to design and update course materials in line with industry trends.
• Take part in design critiques, student assessments, and skill-building workshops.

What We’re Looking For

• In-depth understanding of brand design principles with 2+ years of professional or teaching experience.
• A strong portfolio showcasing brand identity design projects.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (especially Illustrator) and modern tools such as Figma or Canva.
• Excellent communication skills with a passion for teaching and mentoring.
• Ability to motivate and inspire students at beginner to intermediate levels.
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Branding, Visual Communication, or a related discipline.
