Brand & Design Associate / Sr. Associate

As a Brand & Design Associate/Sr. Associate at Uppeel, India's First Upcycled Beauty Brand, you will play a crucial role in redefining the Indian Beauty landscape by contributing your expertise in design, brand strategy, copy, visuals, and ideation. Your creative thinking, strong aesthetic instincts, and passion for consumer-first communication will be key in building a brand that stands out in the market. **Key Responsibilities:** - Design digital content for various brand channels including website, ads, social media, CRM, and marketplace platforms - Create brand collateral and design assets such as packaging, brand guidelines, new launches, and pop-up stalls - Ideate and visualize key brand projects like new launch positioning, imagery, messaging plans, and social launch concepts - Stay updated on industry trends, conduct research, and provide insights to keep the team informed - Manage end-to-end brand production and asset creation, collaborating with external vendors when necessary - Embrace experimentation, continuous learning, and pushing the boundaries of the brand's creative possibilities **Qualifications:** - 2-3 years of experience in consumer goods, communications, or design-related fields - Excellent communication skills both verbally and visually, for online and in-person interactions - Proficiency in design software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva - Intermediate or beginner with a passion for video editing skills - Demonstrated creativity, out-of-the-box thinking, and problem-solving abilities - Ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders - Willingness to learn new skills and step out of your comfort zone If you are excited about contributing to a dynamic team and shaping the future of beauty in India, this full-time role based in Wagle Estate, Thane (near Mumbai) with 6 days working (Monday - Saturday) and one WFH day per week (Saturday) could be the perfect fit for you.
