Brand & Design Associate / Sr. Associate

Your role will involve collaborating with a close-knit agile team to redefine the Indian Beauty landscape and create consumer-first communication strategies. Key Responsibilities: - Design digital content for various platforms such as website, ads, social media, CRM, and marketplace channels - Create brand collateral and design assets including packaging, brand guideline changes, new launches, and pop-up stalls - Ideate and visualize key projects like new launch positioning, imagery, messaging plan, and social launch concepts - Stay updated on industry trends and details, conducting research, and providing insights to the team - Manage end-to-end brand production and asset creation, working with external vendors from ideation to execution - Embrace experimentation, continuous learning, and pushing the boundaries of the brand Qualifications: - 2-3 years of experience in consumer goods, communications, or design-related fields - Strong communication skills both verbally and visually, for online and in-person interactions - Proficiency in design software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva - Intermediate video editing skills are a plus - Demonstrated creativity, out-of-the-box thinking, and problem-solving abilities - Ability to work well with people internally and externally - Openness to learning new skills and stepping out of your comfort zone Location: This is a full-time role based in Wagle Estate, Thane (near Mumbai), with a 6-day workweek (Monday - Saturday) and the option to work from home one day per week (Saturday).
