We seek a Brand & Creativity Lead focused on achieving viral social media growth through video. You will spearhead our organic content strategy, combining creative trend analysis with hands-on video production management to significantly boost brand awareness and engagement. Past experience driving brand growth is highly valued.

• Develop and execute creative strategies centered on

  video content

  (Reels, Shorts, etc.).
• Deeply study

  social media trends

  to identify and capitalize on opportunities for virality.
• Manage the full

  cycle, from concept and scripting to publishing.
• Drive

  across social platforms and track performance metrics.
• Ensure all content aligns with brand voice and visual consistency.
