Brand & Creativity Lead

You will be joining Runable, India's fastest growing AI Company, and play a key role as a Brand & Creativity Lead. Your focus will be on achieving viral social media growth through video content. By combining creative trend analysis with hands-on video production management, you will significantly boost brand awareness and engagement. Your past experience in driving brand growth will be highly valued in this role. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute creative strategies centered on video content like Reels and Shorts. - Deeply study social media trends to identify and capitalize on opportunities for virality. - Manage the full video production cycle, from concept and scripting to publishing. - Drive organic growth across social platforms and track performance metrics. - Ensure all content aligns with brand voice and visual consistency. Required Skills & Qualifications: - Experience: Minimum 1+ year in Brand, Content, or Social Media strategy, preferably with a focus on brand growth. - Creativity & Trends: Deep knowledge of current digital culture, viral formats, and social trends. - Video Fluency: Strong understanding of short-form video production and storytelling. - Strategic Mindset: Ability to translate creative ideas into measurable growth.
