What You'll Do Craft brand stories that resonate across platforms – from reels and campaigns to product pages and influencer scripts Lead ideation for marketing campaigns, product launches, and brand initiatives Write sharp, on-brand scripts for in-house content, influencer collaborations, and social media Collaborate with video, design, and marketing teams to bring content to life Ensure tone, language, and storytelling are aligned with brand identity Stay on top of pop culture, content trends, and consumer behavior Build repeatable content systems and storytelling frameworks for future campaigns Who You Are 1+ years of experience in fashion, beauty, or luxury D2C brands A natural storyteller who knows how to spark emotion, curiosity, and engagement Strategic thinker with a creative brain and attention to detail Comfortable working in fast-paced, idea-first environments Bonus: experience writing for video or performance content Compensation: INR 20,000 - INR 30,000 / month To Apply: Email your resume + 2–3 writing samples or campaign links to hr @shapercult.com Subject Line: Brand Content Strategist – Your Name Show more Show less
