Job Description

Brand & Content Lead CITTA Who You Are A doer with taste. You love storytelling, understand digital culture, and care about details. You’re as comfortable writing a sharp Instagram hook as you are giving feedback on a banner layout or packaging blurb. You own messaging—from idea to execution. What You’ll Do Own the Brand Voice: Maintain and evolve CITTA’s tone across web, social, ads, email, and offline. Plan Monthly Product Focus: Pick 2–3 hero SKUs monthly, craft campaign angles, brief teams. Guide Social & Ad Content: Ideate for Instagram, write hooks, guide reels, direct design team/agency. Work With Performance Team: Align creatives, messaging, and hooks for top SKUs. Be the voice they build ads around. Coordinate With Design Agency: Share briefs, give feedback, ensure visual consistency. Lead Product + Packaging Content: Names, descriptions, rituals, ingredient blurbs, product cards, standees, etc. Blog + SEO Collaboration: Approve topics, rewrite intros, make sure they’re brand-true and rankable. Email + Retention Content: Work with performance/CRM teams to write flows that sound like us. You’ll Thrive If You: Have 3–6 years in content/brand for a D2C, agency, or lifestyle brand Are hands-on: write, edit, brainstorm, and brief Know how to direct designers even if you don’t design Can brief influencers, shoot content, ideate reels Get product + positioning + customer psychology Are obsessed with packaging, names, textures, captions, layouts
