Brand Building Media Lead

As a Brand Building Media Lead at our client's food brand startup, your role will involve leading the end-to-end media strategy across various digital platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, OTT, programmatic, display, and emerging channels. You will be responsible for crafting and executing insight-driven brand media campaigns focused on awareness, storytelling, and upper-funnel impact. Your key responsibilities will include: - Building, shaping, and maintaining the brand image to ensure consistency across all digital touchpoints. - Developing compelling brand narratives and stories that emotionally connect with audiences and elevate brand perception. - Leading long-term brand-building initiatives and campaign frameworks aligned with the company's vision. - Creating cohesive campaigns by collaborating closely with Creative, Growth, and Content teams to ensure messaging and media work harmoniously. - Managing budgets with full accountability, handling every rupee responsibly and strategically. - Tracking, measuring, and reporting campaign impact with clarity and precision to drive decisions through insights. - Continuously optimizing targeting, placements, and formats to maximize reach, recall, and resonance. - Working with agencies, vendors, and partners to ensure seamless, timely, and high-quality campaign execution. - Translating creative or business briefs into focused, actionable, high-impact media and brand plans. Qualifications required for this role include: - 3-10 years of prior experience in brand media planning and execution. - Strong command over audience behavior, brand communication, and storytelling frameworks. - Ownership mindset with the ability to handle budgets, monitor performance, and drive brand outcomes end to end.
