We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Social Media Coordinator to join our team in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will have 5-6 years of experience in social media management, with a strong background in using scheduling tools such as Hootsuite. ### Roles and Responsibility Lead the migration of brand profiles to Hootsuite, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. Collaborate with onshore teams to review brand profiles and support account closures. Manage password management and security protocols for all social media accounts. Stay updated on social media trends and best practices. Support user onboarding, including assigning permission levels and tracking training completion. Set up EYs workspace in Hootsuite in cooperation with onshore teams and vendors. Manage approval workflows for EY organizations social media management tools. Establish and maintain effective working relationships with peer groups and key internal stakeholders. Understand, support, implement, and adhere to quality standards and procedures established by EY, including verbal and branding guidelines. Be proactive in foreseeing potential challenges and proposing solutions. Provide training and support to team members on social media best practices.### Job Requirements Bachelor's degree. 5-6 years of experience in social media management. Experience in using Hootsuite, Sprinklr for scheduling, monitoring, and analytics. Proficient with social media platforms and employee advocacy tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Haiilo). Strong understanding of social media best practices. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and technologies as needed. Strong problem-solving abilities to address challenges related to account management. Outstanding written and oral communication skills. Up-to-date understanding of how social media networks work (Facebook, X, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube). Understanding of measurement and analytics of social media. Proficient in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel). Experience in coordination, stakeholder management, and project management. A motivational team player, adaptable during peak periods.
