Job Description

Role & responsibilities 1. Strategic Partnership Development Reach out to potential companies and present partnership proposal across key cities in India Identify, evaluate, and onboard potential brand partners (Maternity Hospitals/ Pre-schools) for collaborations. Develop strategies to enhance brand visibility through strategic alliances with relevant partners 2. Negotiation & Relationship Management Lead negotiations for partnership agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial terms. Maintain strong relationships with existing partners to maximize long-term collaboration. Act as the primary point of contact for all brand partnership initiatives. 3. Campaign Planning & Execution Develop and execute co-branded marketing campaigns to increase brand visibility. Work closely with internal teams (marketing, product, sales) to integrate partnerships into brand strategies. Monitor and optimize campaigns to ensure maximum ROI and engagement. 4. Business Growth & Revenue Generation Identify revenue-generating opportunities through partnerships and alliances. Leverage collaborations for brand growth, customer acquisition, and market expansion. Track and report the financial impact of partnership initiatives. 5. Market Research & Competitive Analysis Analyze market trends and competitors to identify new partnership opportunities. Stay updated on industry best practices to enhance partnership effectiveness. Conduct periodic benchmarking to ensure competitive positioning. 6. Contract Management & Compliance Oversee contract negotiations, approvals, and execution of partnership agreements. Ensure all partnerships comply with legal, financial, and brand guidelines. Work with the legal team to mitigate risks associated with collaborations. 7. Performance Tracking & Reporting Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for partnerships.
