Brand Activations

As a Brand Activations Coordinator at 5minutes, your role will involve managing offline/online collaborations, finalizing tie-ups with tournaments and events, maintaining an event calendar, showcasing brand aspects at events, supervising on-ground execution, collecting event data, handling collaboration inquiries, and assisting the team with ad-hoc tasks. Key Responsibilities: - Manage offline/online collaborations with relevant institutions for cross-promotions and brand visibility. - Finalize tie-ups with tournaments, competitions, and community events by negotiating with organizers. - Build and maintain an event & collaboration calendar, ensuring participation at the right opportunities. - Effectively showcase relevant brand aspects/offers at each event, tailoring promotions to the audience. - Supervise stall setup, promoters, and kitchen team to ensure smooth on-ground execution. - Represent the brand at events by engaging with visitors, generating user-generated content (UGC), and spreading awareness in communities. - Collect and report event data (like footfall, trials, sales & leads) to measure effectiveness. - Handle inbound collaboration inquiries and build strong, long-term relationships. - Assist the team in handling ad-hoc tasks & functions to foster organizational growth. Qualifications: - Freshers or 1-3 years work-ex from any UG stream in Event Management, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. - HSC & SSC schooling from English medium preferred. - Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. - Ability to manage multiple stakeholders (event organizers, partners, internal teams) effectively. - Highly organized with attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
