Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Training Delivery: Conduct induction and licensing training for new agents. Deliver regular refresher training on products, sales techniques, and regulatory updates. Facilitate skill-building workshops and motivational sessions. Sales Enablement: Support branch sales teams by providing on-the-job training and field coaching. Assist in improving agent activation and productivity through targeted interventions. Performance Monitoring: Track training effectiveness through assessments and feedback. Identify training needs based on performance data and feedback from sales managers. Compliance & Documentation: Ensure all training sessions are documented and reported as per IRDAI and company guidelines. Maintain accurate records of agent participation and certification. Collaboration: Work closely with Branch Managers and Business Development Managers to align training with business goals. Coordinate with regional training teams for content updates and best practices. Key Skills & Competencies: Strong communication and facilitation skills Good understanding of life insurance products and agency operations Ability to motivate and engage adult learners Basic proficiency in MS Office and digital learning platforms
