Branch Trainer

As a Branch Trainer, you will be expected to leverage your 6+ years of experience to design effective training modules, oversee ramp-ups, manage hiring processes, and ensure the continuous improvement of training outputs. Your expertise in planning and forecasting organizational training needs will be crucial in developing a strategic Training Plan. Your strong communication skills, both written and oral, will be essential for interacting with stakeholders at all levels. You will be responsible for conducting a structured Training Needs Analysis (TNA), which will inform the creation of a comprehensive Training Plan and Calendar for the resorts. Additionally, you will design and implement Management Training programs and collaborate with Resort Corporate and Department Heads to address specific training requirements. Your ability to develop training evaluation methodologies and maintain a Departmental Training Champion system will be instrumental in enhancing organizational performance. To excel in this role, you must possess familiarity with various training tools, exhibit self-confidence, motivation, and tenacity, and demonstrate a strategic and creative thinking approach. You will work closely with different departments to ensure a coordinated approach to training and maintain metrics that drive the success of the training function. Furthermore, your involvement in Assessment and Development Centers will play a vital role in shaping the overall Training Plan.
