Showroom associate

As a Retail Associate at our Alwarpet, Chennai location, your primary responsibility will be to greet customers warmly and provide exceptional customer service. You will assist customers in selecting products, answering their queries, and sharing detailed product knowledge to enhance their shopping experience. Additionally, you will be responsible for creating and updating customer profile records, processing purchases and returns, and promptly notifying management of any potential security issues that may arise.
