Showroom associate

As a Retail Associate at our Alwarpet, Chennai location, your primary responsibility will be to greet customers warmly and provide exceptional customer service. You will assist customers in selecting products, answering their queries, and sharing detailed product knowledge to enhance their shopping experience. Additionally, you will be responsible for creating and updating customer profile records, processing purchases and returns, and promptly notifying management of any potential security issues that may arise. In this role, you will also play a crucial part in inventory management, which includes tasks such as receiving and stocking merchandise. Furthermore, you will be involved in assisting with the store's opening and closing procedures to ensure a smooth operational flow. The ideal candidate for this position should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Prior experience in a retail environment is preferred, with a minimum of 1 year of total work experience. The ability to work effectively in a team, follow fixed shift schedules, including night shifts, and demonstrate a customer-centric approach is essential.
