Role Description

This is an on-site, full-time position located in Montaut for a Branch Trainer at IndiaFirst Life. The Branch Trainer will be responsible for designing and delivering training programs, enhancing the sales and operational skills of branch employees, and evaluating the efficacy of ongoing training initiatives. You will provide consistent guidance to ensure staff align with company goals and compliance standards, mentor team members to achieve performance targets, and facilitate learning sessions to improve the overall productivity of the branch. Regular collaboration with branch leadership teams to identify training needs and monitor role effectiveness is also expected.

Qualifications

• Experience in developing and delivering effective training programs for sales and operational teams.
• Proficiency in conducting assessments and evaluating training outcomes to ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and mentoring skills to effectively engage and motivate teams.
• Detail-oriented with organizational and documentation skills to maintain training records and compliance standards.
• Knowledge of the insurance domain or financial services is highly desirable but not mandatory.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, Human Resources, or a related field required; any certifications in learning and development are a plus.
