Key Responsibilities:

Responsbile for effective application of Best Practices, Efficient Processes and providing Subject Matter Expertise as per defined scope.
Scope: Safety, Quality, Security and Compliances in Value Chain Ecosystem (upstream & downstream)
Ensure optimum Safety, Safety, Security and Compliance structure to drive SQSC culture and expected behaviors.
Improve Quality, Safety, Security and Compliance score YOY and ensure the consistent application of the Nestle Management System (NMS)
Ensure adherence to good hygienic, warehouse and distribution practices by implementing and supervising the correct pest management programme
Constructing a Supply Chain Safety, Quality, Security, Compliance auditing programmed and assess performance across units.
Ensure the application of Continuous Improvement mindset and root cause analysis
Promote SQSC awareness/culture mindset change.
Timely reporting of all leading and lagging SHE, Quality, Security and Complaince indicators.
Behaviour-based Safety & Quality observations and actions
Risk assessment and Aspect impact studies for ISO CERTIFICATIONS
Compliance with internal and external audit schedule
SHE, Quality, Security and Compliances Training Compliance: To ensure all 3P teams are trained and assessed as competent in their responsibilities, relevant task specific trainings, Nestle standards/requirements and systems to drive improvements YOY.
